Behold the biggest monster in cinematic history. No really it's the biggest monster, it's size dwarfs the Empire State Building, it picks up trains and unlike most movie Monsters it can runs circles around globe causing all kinds of devastating destruction. There's this whole subplot about antimatter that surround the thing, it's a serious threat much worse than King Kong or Godzilla but not as cool.
The giant monster doesn't matter tho, there's a love story between Jeff Morrow and Mara Corday here and no matter how many times you nearly die, you got to get that romance in. Also a stereotypical man from Quebec who drinks Applejack and speaks with very thick French Canadian accent.
I have one problem with all these monster movies, no matter how much they try, no matter how good the puppets get, nothing is ever going to beat the giant spider. I feel as if I've been giving my dessert before having dinner.
