Film Summary CLII (The Godfather part II)

You know what the first Godfather movie didn't have enough of? character drama we need a lot more of that. The backstory for Vito Corleone and while we're at it let's talk about the real life Meyer Lansky being played as the charator Hyman Roth one of the founders of Las Vegas, present at the revolution of Cuba. A man who in real life lost everything in that said Revolution. Funny enough mr. Lansky actually said he quite enjoyed the film, said it was a pretty good representation.

Godfather II could almost be classed as a perfect sequel, it builds on the first movi,e waist little to no time establishing new storys without rehashing what's already been done and really flushes out the world. If only more movies would take notice, because we're going to have more sequels in the future of everything so they might as well make them good.

I love the idea of the city being built on top of the criminal Empire. Las Vegas by no means was the first city

we had Constantinople several cities in Australia and of course what might be the most famous of all criminal cities 'st. Petersburg.' you can call that Emperor whatever you want

he's nothing more than a punk to me. a punk born in the right family at the right time but still a miserable horrible man.
