Film Summary CXCII (The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest)

Now look at that! A Batman Superman movie made with good characters a decent story, relations to the actual comics and it didn't cost a billion dollars to make. Amazing!

There's actual tension between Batman and Superman without the two of them having to kill each other ''who would have thought the two of them cording at the same woman could have created enough drama to suffice for a feature film 'will it's not really a feature movie'. It's not even an hour long, I'm a little hesitant to call it a film.

The animations bit odd at points, it has this very nice solid flow to it, good character animation and the like. But then other times it just comes off as janky. Especially when they're trying to do basic walking animation (which I suppose is a difficult thing.)

I love the idea of the Joker stealing a hunk of kryptonite and then trying to convince Lex Luthor of all people to give him a billion dollars to kill Superman. And all the wacky over-the-top antics that come along with it. and then of course there's the reactions between Joker and Harley Quinn which is just about the most amusing thing in any movie involving the two.
The most amazing thing about the film; 'no end of the world disaster events just good old-fashioned Heroes vs villains. With collateral damage sure, but at the end of the day the Earth can keeps spinning, people are going to keep living, even if the villains won.
