Computer Game Summary XIV (Zoop)

It's a kind of 4 way inverter, reverse Tetris game. You start out as a certain colour block and all around you in a big square are different blocks that all come after you. You can assimilate the colour of certain blocks and then try to destroy other coloured blocks with your coloured block. But you have to have more than one block to get rid of them and you have to have the same coloured block as the row you wish to destroy.

It's a fun concept and I'm sure a lot of people enjoy it. Personally it's a little too complex for my brain.
Tetris is one block coming from one direction and you get to decide where to put it. This game has four different erections several different colours and various amounts of speed , and it just comes off as a little too complicated.

I have nothing else to say about this game except that for some strange reason I have a Gameboy version of it. I'm not entirely sure where it came from or how it came to be in my possession. It's one of the great questions of life.

You ever think about how weird it is that the Americans don't have a liberal party. You've got the Republicans a combination of far-right and centered right with some Libertarians in the mix. Some of them associated with the Republicans directly and others who want to be their own Independent party but we'll never get the chance.
And then there's the Democratic party who leans more to a center right with the occasional person claiming to be liberal, though I find most times ones you put these people in office they maintain the status quo of the centered right. Maybe it's something to do with the bureaucracy or maybe it's just America's natural leaning. The point is there are no giant liberal parties in America , you have the green party but they're so small and insignificant they can't do anything. They don't even have voting rights in every state.
Really the big reason I don't consider Democrats and Republicans to be all that different comes down to who funds them. Before the Ronald Reagan Era most of the Democrats got their funding vis unions and people associated with unions. Why'll Republicans had more corporate interests,
In the Modern Age the Democrats have been taking on more corporate interest themselves as unions have been losing sway.
With both parties having the same people  they pass a lot of similar bills to make their corporate interest happy.
It's like investing in a theme park, no matter what your dream is you have to consider the stockholders that are actually funding you.
The odd thing about the corporate interest and the union interest is that both of them were highly linked with the Mafia (you can find loads of pictures online of Democrats and Republicans standing next to Big Time mobsters)
You'd think the Democrats had more link with the Mobsters given the union contracts but then you see a picture of Jimmy Hoffa standing next to Ronald Reagan and you realize the whole thing's just a big charade.

There are several books that talk about Richard Nixon's Connections in the mafia some people calling him the mafia's president. I'm not all that sure how much of that actually true. I suppose a good chunk of it could be, I may have to look into that more make a fun article about that the various presidents in the connection to the mafia. I wonder how far back that would go. Do you think Taft* ever connected with the mafia back in the day? Then they were more of just a straight-up gang lobbing Dynamite steaks in the New York restaurants who are owned by other mobsters.

Well that helps to fill up the space. That's all we need, if you have it a certain opinion or disagreement with my political statement just remember that that was a random rambling and it's only half true in my mind. I didn't look up anything either. ''Although I do know that the green party doesn't have ballot recognition in every state'' (the only one I can think of in South Dakota but I'm sure there's a few others.) Here's another random thing to contemplate; Did you know that one of theItalian Communist Party news outlets back in the sixties accused the Charlie Brown Peanuts comic of being a fascistic piece of propaganda . Yeah that's a real thing.

Pres.Taft
Lift

Sen.Taft           Right

*That's the 27th president of the United States Taft. Not ''Robert A. Taft'' the Ohio Senator.
The senator did have Mafia problems I think he was trying to fight them in some of his campaigns. There's also about 30 years difference between the two Tafts . That'd be a good name for a book ''The Two Tafts''.

What was I originally talking about? Oh that's right a video game.
