Film Summary CCLII (The Price is Right 25th Anniversary Special)

It's 25 years of The Price is Right!! That's right 25 years of the new show with every ones favourite celebrity Bob Barker! The only celebrity (outside of the Pope) who I would give the time of day too.

What's the television show that gave the Communist propaganda a reason to exist. They were openly longing for our materialistic world.
It's time to watch a special collation of all the most ridiculous over-the-top and flat-out silly events that have happened in the 25 years of The Price is Right television show. Everything from marriage proposals to Samoans trying to pick up Bob (quite literally).

There's such an energetic atmosphere about the Price Is Right. I think that's the main reason people like to watch it it's a feel-good show. Despite the fact that it's just trying to sell your crappy products. Especially blenders almost every Price is Right show had some sort of kitchen utensil and it was usually a blender, you'll never see George Foreman on Price is Right at least to my knowledge. And they show off some of the more popular games like Plinko.
And of course the giant $1 wheel. With the solid goal of trying to make that dollar and having to do a solid spin. In one showcase both Bob and the contestant weren't able to spin the wheel all the way.

I'm kind of Happy the old lady didn't win at the end. Not that you didn't deserve to have something nice but her bid on the final item was ridiculous. It was for a round trip to the Midwest and a giant
Caravan and she bit $5,000. The show decided to give her $25,000 as the bid I like to consider it a pity amount. They did that to her twice.

At this point the Price Is Right comes off more as a time capsule. Watching a different episode from a different decade gives you a whole new perspective on how people are acting. Rather it was on the particular items they were interested in buying or simply by their reactions and hairstyle. Also they show the original set back in 1972 when they start at the ''New'' Price is Right. And it looks so nice, clean and proper. The modern-day Price is Right kind of looks like those live-action Dr. Seuss films. Everything looks very plasticky, bright and almost as if it needs a good washing with soap.
